Is the copy and paste feature auto loaded and ready to go without accessing the program? Work computer blocks me from settings.

Yes, copy and paste is default. I just received mine and tried it.

can you customize these keys to mute your mic on teams/zoom?

yes, it can. First of all, you need to know the key(Key combination) that controls your microphone on your original keyboard, for example, it‘s the 'A' key. So this is the operation method of this mini keyboard: 1. Open the software 2.Button>button 1>mode>default 3. modifier keys>not set 4. general keys>Aa

Was working fine but one day the keys started writing “z” and “x”. Tried restarting, among other things but did not fix it. Can I turn it back?

After connecting the keyboard to the computer, you can open SayoDevice.com to change the key settings.
