It tastes great, dissolves well. And I have gained 4 pounds in 2 weeks so it really works. But it becomes thick the longer you leave it in the shaker. And if you leave it over night leaves a stench of death in your shaker.

Best post workout I've used. The fruit punch is an amazing flavor.
