First time purchasing item. It has a citrusy taste to it, also easy to swallow. The packets are easy to open and poor into your fruit juice, protein shake, or even plain water. I feel a little better...gives me some energy. I will be ordering this item again.

I now am never without a packet or two. Dehydration can occur anytime, and these electrolyte and vitamin powder packets are great to manage it. I prefer this flavor, but they also have citrus and other flavors. I have now beat jet lag and migraine when travelling with these (I bring one per day in case I need it). They aso have sugar-free.
