It's not bad
This cheese is ok for a mature cheddar. I have never used it before, however I would have preferred it to be a bit more cheesy. It was good in the couple paninis I made, melting well and not tasting or having the consistency of plastic. Value for money wise I think I would stick to the brand I usually buy.

Good quality cheese
I've bought this cheese quite a lot now. It is very tasty and has a decent texture. You can grate it without it falling to pieces. Toasts really nice as well. I make sure the cheese gets golden brown tips on it. Fantastic! Rob :D

I was surprised at how nice this cheese is. Good price too. Tastes nice on top of a Bolognese, adding it to a recipe to make bechamel sauce for a lasagne or in omelettes and sandwich.
