The Ultimate Supplement
I've been taking this for a decade. It's the most beneficial supplement ever found but at the same time has ABSOLUTELY no side effects. This is Not tocopherol, or general vitamin E. Tocopherol reduces tocotrienol absorbotion. It's safer than high dose vitamin e. It excels when the body is under stress and sleep deprovation, in that you will notice the difference. It also excels when your whole system is under a high inflammatory state. Both of which I have endured and significantly felt the difference. Under normal circumstances I take 125mg/day. Sleep deprived and/or chronic inflammation 250mg/ twice a day. Take it with fat. A tablespoon of olive or avacado oil, nuts, avacado, egg yolk, or fatty fish.
