Amber from the seller’s customer support team was extremely helpful and patient. After I shared a few photos, she quickly identified that I had installed the bottom mechanism of the chair in the wrong position. She guided me step by step, and after correcting the installation, the reclining function worked perfectly. I bought this chair because I had used the same model at my friend’s home and really liked its reclining feature. Now that it has been assembled correctly, it works exactly as expected. The chair is comfortable, sturdy, and the reclining mechanism is smooth. A special thanks to Amber for the excellent after-sales support. Her prompt responses, patience, and technical guidance made it easy to resolve the issue without needing a replacement. The chair is reasonably comfortable, especially in the lower back area. It allows you to rest in a natural position and adapts to your spine. It is easy to assemble, although you have to use relative strength and might end up with small cuts in your hands (it is advised to wear gloves in the instructions). Cushion is okay, not being super soft but slightly spongy. Armrests are also pretty comfortable. However, the chair is also a bit unstable. Having assembled it correctly and locked the screws firmly, it slightly tilts back the moment I sit on it. It's an annoying small defect if you like to sit in a firm, straight position. One last complain: the head support is a bit too low for me (6'1) and you really have to lean back to reach it. I'm still testing it, but overall it's seems like an okay chair for its price.

The mesh back is incredibly comfortable, the little solid rib back is adjustable if you want more or less ergonomicity. Seat is nice and wide as well, the movable arms are a huge plus in this price range too. Head rest not great if you’re tall, im 6’2 & if i sit up straight and try to rest my head back the curve of it just rests on top of the solid top rim of the headrest- very uncomfortable 😣 fine if i slouch a little bit but that does rather defeat the point of the back support. Also can’t stop it from leaning all the way back if i lean back a little? That little lever you can pull out in other chairs to stop it in place doesn’t seem to do so on this model. Not nice when i just want to lean back a little bit instead of going all the way into sunbathing mode. The legs are a pain in the butt to put on but very secure when on. You gotta get them at a 45 degree diagonal and pound them into place. Good support for medium to larger people. All in all i do regret the purchase a little bit, i think i could have found a model without these issues with a bit more time looking in the £90-£150 price range. Still, stuck a little pillow on the headrest top and its comfy enough. Will suffice! If its on sale its better than anything you’ll pickup locally/ at argos/ office furniture shops.

I needed a new chair for my work office and have been looking for a long time searching for one that could be comfortable and supportive and not too expensive. The main reason I opted for this chair is because it looked very supportive in my "trouble" areas which are my lower back and cervical area that suffer a lot when I spend a long time on the my desk. The chair arrived very well packed and protected and all parts seem to be good quality. It was very easy and to assemble, none of the parts are too heavy and the chair is perfectly suitable to be assembled by just one person. After using it for a couple of weaks I can assure this is the best office chair I've used. Very adjustable and comfortable. Way more supportive than a regular office chair and the lumbar and headrest make all the difference. It helps a lot if you need to spend many hours a day on the same office chair. Also, it doesn't make you sweat like the "leather" chairs can do as the material is breatheable. I believe this chair is the best option on this price range. I'm very pleased with it.

As per the headline, I'm 6'2" and I can tell you now that this seat is not designed for anyone of my height. The headrest simple does not sit at the correct height and angle to give my head any support unless I exaggerate the tilt in my neck and look up, to the point where I am staring at the ceiling. The position is extremely uncomfortable. Another problem is the lumbar support. It has only one point of adjustment, at the base of the chair, near your lower spine, in or out. You cannot move the mechanism up or down the back of the chair to find the ideal point of curvature for your spine. Finally the tilt mechanism only allows you to engage the tilt, such that once engaged you cannot set it at the angle of tilt that you prefer and lock it in place at that point. Once engaged the tilt remains active meaning that the tilt continually shifts as you move in the chair. You can only lock the mechanism when the chair is back at its neutral point. I'm definitely returning and getting a refund on this. There is no way I am every buying a piece of furniture online without ever having tested it in person before purchase. Its just not worth the hassle.

I had used an old office chair for the past 5 years and it had become very run down and I was looking for my next ergonomic chair. I purchased this chair and have used it for 2 months and I absolutely love it. It looks very trendy and modern in my office and it is much cheaper than similar designs on the market. I did so much research and chairs that look like this one are easily $100-200 MORE than this chair. The quality of the chair is excellent and the chair feels sturdy and comfortable. The chair easily assembles and it took me only 20 mins without any trouble. I love the mesh backrest that allows for breath-ability but also provides an adjustable lumbar support by tightening or loosening a dial. Additionally the cushion is soft and comfortable but still supportive enough to support proper sitting posture. The arm rests can flip up so that you can push the chair all the way under your desk. My last chair had rigid arm rests and I wasn't able to push the chair all the way under the desk and it was such a pet peeve of mine, SO i love this design aspect. The head rest uses the same mesh material that feels elastic and firm at the same time. It feels so comfortable supporting my neck/back of my head and you can adjust the height of the head rest as well as the angle. The ONLY con I noticed is that the arm rests don't have a height adjustibility but it's not a deal breaker by any means. For me, this is a excellent chair that has supported my back to reduce my back pain and it costs just a fraction of other sellers (like best buy or staples etc). I highly recommend this chair and I have been nothing but pleased with its comfort and ergonomics. And remember, if you guys are working long periods of time at your desk like I am, take hourly stretch breaks and have lots of water! Cheers!

Der Bürostuhl war einfach aufzubauen, auch wenn die Anleitung nicht sehr klar war. Glücklicherweise fand ich ein hilfreiches online Video, dass alle Schritte gut erklärte. Die Armlehnen sind bequem und die Höhe lässt sich perfekt einstellen, was für eine optimale Sitzposition sorgt. Das Sitzkissen ist angenehm dick und bietet einen hohen Komfort, selbst bei langem Sitzen. Besonders toll, finde ich die Möglichkeit, den Stuhl zu schaukeln, was zusätzliche Entspannung bietet. Die einstellbarer Kopfstütze ist ein nette Funktion, obwohl sie meiner Meinung nach etwas weit hinten positioniert ist. Trotzdem ermöglicht sie eine angenehme Pause während der Arbeit. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit dem Stuhl. Er bietet nicht nur Komfort und Funktionalität, sondern auch ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Ich kann Ihn definitiv weiter empfehlen.
