Clippers did not seem to be sharp.
Was very happy to get an amazing deal on the Product. However, I struggled to use the hoof clippers. For some reason felt that the sharpness was not there.

It was ok
It’s ok for the price but it’s far from being a heavy duty set. When working with horses you have to have heavy duty items. But they were ok and got the job done. At least for the first time anyway

Nice Kit for the Beginner
This kit was a great price for the beginner to just work on hooves in between professional farrier visits. Its also good for emergencies when you can't get a farrier out quicly. I keep it handy in the horse trailer incase I ever need out on the trails.

Not worth it
The image is with the nippers fully closed. Whoever made these was drunk or really just didn't care. I bought these on the premise that as an apprentice i "couldn't do much damage with these" but i couldn't even finish the job with these. Two hoofs and an hour later its going to the trash. Similarly the hoof knife just about snapped in half first use (not to mention too straight to do a good job). Found a pair of 12in GE Easy nippers on ebay for $70. Trust me its worth the investment. Youd be throwing your money away buying this set.

Carrying Case is worthless.
The tools are of mediocre quality. The carrying case is very poorly made and the hoof rasp will absolutely not fit in it.

Dull
Nippers wouldnt cut on the first use, too dull. Same with the knife. Really disappointed after seeing the other reviews.
