All About Worries and Fears

A great helpful book for young children

Great book, lovely quality. Daughter really enjoys it and helping through emotional regulation challenges.

This book is fantastic and ideal for a child with anxieties and fears.

This entire series of books is absolutely a must have in a kid's library or reading list. This one is about fears and worries. There are others on Family, Friends, Feelings. All concepts explained so children can understand. Highly recommended.

As a school based social worker this book series is perfection for elementary school

Love this book, just like we loved the one called All About Emotions. Did not disappoint. Love reading it to my 5 year old daughter. Plenty of ways to explain difficult things that I struggled to without the book.

Lovely book for kids

I bought this because my daughter has difficulty managing her fears. We read it together a couple pages at a time and it was very informative and useful. We have been using some of the strategies given in the book and they have worked well. I definitely recommend it!
