Deepcool ak620 or aio which do you suggest for 5700x

I use it with ak620, but it's based on your preference what you need, an air cooler or AIO. AIO looks cool, air cooler can take much space, and looks ugly but cools the system better than AIO in most of the cases. Uoy have to also consider your case features for AIO and space for air coolers.

My motherboard has hdmi port, can it run with that or seperate gpu is needed?

If you connect to motherboard directly your display will be based on the processor If you want a better display I recommend you should buy a gpu

Does it support 4400mhz ram?

It supports upto 4800mhz , just see your ram has a die to support that speed and your motherboard.
