I'd sure like to know how to "easily lift up" that internal lid. I pulled on the top rim, no luck. The internal lid is recessed, so I banged the jar on the counter, but it wouldn't fall out. The internal lid has holes in it, so I tried to stick a fork in a hole to pry it out, but the holes are too small. I have not yet figured out how to get that stupid internal lid off so I can put some powder in.
