So disappointed. Unit will not turn on. Remote doesn't work even with new batteries. I've sent message to seller, I'll let you know what happens. Sorry my bad, I didn't turn on the main switch under the read out display. Everything works once you turn in on....ugh!

Talk about “shake your booty!” This plate has so many different programs and each gives you a great workout. It has helped me tremendously with my balance issues. When I first started using it, I was grabbing onto the door frame quite frequently to keep myself from falling. In just a few weeks, I can stand through the strongest workout and will not lose my balance. A great purchase!

This machine works as described. My legs have gotten stronger since using it. I’d like to use it more often but I have chronic migraine so you can image what that feels like while being shaken. But I’m happy with the quality of this exercise machine.

So I ordered this a couple of years ago (July 2023) for a prime day special and never opened it. A month ago I got out the brand new in box, never, ever opened machine and have been using it regularly everyday. This morning it stopped working. I’m super disappointed because there’s no way I can get a refund since I ordered it over 2 years ago. Don’t waste your money on this machine. It will only last for about 3-4 weeks.

After seeing on the today show and hearing from others the great benefits of the vibration plate I thought I would give it a try. It's great for my circulation. I am looking forward to the added benefits the plate promotes. Aids in lowering cortisol, helps with weight loss. I am a flight attendant and on my feet all day and with the pressurization of the aircraft, I swell easily. Give me a month and I will write the update to my overall health.

So I was skeptical at first. Love that I can set the intensity of the vibrations. Takes some getting used to but I feel great. Improving circulation is a must for me with a heart condition. I have noticed a reduction of my pain. I’m hoping that continues to improve. The remote control doesn’t come with batteries and I keep forgetting to buy them. So I can’t review the remote yet.

Love, love, love this machine! I purchased as I have some swelling do to a health detox and I just love the healthy energy I get from the vibration plate! Love its small and does not take up much room!

Unable to reduce the vibrations. Returned the item.
