I recently discovered these noodles, and I was ecstatic the first time I ate them. I told my neighbor that it felt like there was a party going on in my mouth because of how much I loved them. They cook quickly, and I add sesame oil and coconut aminos, mix with chopped green onions, chopped peanuts or cashews, shredded carrots, bean sprouts, and hard boiled egg. They are fantastic!!

I use the noodles in soups and in meat and vegetable dishes.

I live alone and I make a lot of soups, stews, and stir fries for lunch. And I always like to add some gluten-free starch to my dish - like rice or noodles. And these noodles are a perfect, fast, and convenient 1-person serving size of noodles to add to my dishes. Just boil some water, add 1 pack of these, let simmer for a few minutes and they're done. I also like to cut the threads to shorter lengths once they're soft with kitchen scissors before I stir them into the other part of the dish I'm making.

I love "Glass Noodles" I have tasted them in a restaurant and I always wanted to have them at home, and with Kaset Bean Thread Noodles I can do exactly that. I'm a diabetic, and I even found out that eating them won't bring up my glucose level. How great can that be!
