The little engine that could and that can.

Beginning of the year I bought a i5 13600 raptor lake architecture for 400 some dollars. It died last week due intels defective chip lines for the 13/14th gen chips. This little guy is amazing it runs my games so smooth, runs cool, and stable maybe intels last best thing before they get bought out for ruining the intel name. If your looking at a new gaming build go amd until intel gets bought out and new management runs the company. The Defective 13/14th gen chips will not be recalled and will not be refunded, there is a "patch coming out" who knows. I don't and neither does intel. It's really sad i've been a intel guy for 20 years and it's come to this. RIP intel

Excellent product

At the moment it is extremely difficult to beat this cpu with price for performance, if you want a good mid-range cpu for gaming that can handle most popular titles including some that are fairly hard to run with over 60 (and sometimes 100+) frame per second then grab one of these. Very smooth desktop/general use experience, with just a little bit of computer knowledge setting it up is extremely easy whether you’re upgrading or building from scratch this is a great choice. The stock fan works well but is quite noisy so I would suggest upgrading to a noctua or something. I highly suggest looking into second hand 1080tis at the moment as they can be snagged for way cheap and they pair beautifully with this cpu.

J'ai acheté ce processeur pour monter un PC de jeux pour mon fils et j'en suis très satisfait. Un rapport qualité-prix dur à battre. Le processeur dans cette version (f) n'embarque pas de chip graphique. Il faut donc acheter une carte graphique séparée. Cet I3 12100f n'a que quatre cœurs et huit threads, ce qui peut limiter ses performances dans des tâches plus lourdes comme le rendu vidéo ou le jeu de haut niveau. Il ne prend pas en charge l'overclocking, ce qui signifie que vous ne pourrez pas augmenter la vitesse d'horloge du processeur au-delà de ses spécifications de base. Mais à ce prix, il reste un choix solide pour ceux qui ont un budget limité et qui cherchent à construire une configuration de base sur la dernière plateforme Intel.
