First and foremost this printer does not come with a USB cable in the box so you have to purchase one separately after already receiving the printer and opening the box to realize there's no cable. Secondly after setting it up, following all the instructions to the dot.... It does not take in the part. We checked if the paper we were using was supported on the website and it was but no, this printer we got did not take in paper. Everytime we tried to print It made 3 click sounds and then the the alert light comes up. It's so frustrating also we do not live in UAE. We bought this and shipped it to a shipping agent to send to our country along with many other items. This is the only that didn't work. Very disappointing.

ITEM MISSING
ITEM IS RECEVIED BUT CONNECTING CABLE IS MISSING ORDER IS INCOMPLETE. HAVENT CONNECT YET BUT I BELEIVE THIS IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

It came without USB cable and now after printing around 20 papers the cartridge is finished. What a joke. please take it back or correct the issues asap

Ein extrem leichtes und kompaktes und auch schnelles Gerät, ziemlich leise. Ideal, falls der Drucker häufig transportiert werden soll. Die Lieferung erfolgt mit einer low capacity-Tonerkartusche, die für etwa 500 Ausdrucke halten sollte. Eine neue Kartusche vom Hersteller kostet etwa 65 EUR. Diesen Preis sollte man einkalkulieren, denn Kartuschen von Drittherstellern machen i. d. R. immer Ärger.

Ich habe den Drucker gekauft, im Glauben, dass man bei HP alle Toner immer bekommt. Da wurde ich eines eines Besseren belehrt. Für diese Drucker gibt es kein Toner mehr. auch ist nicht zu erfahren, was es für ein Alternativtoner geben könnte. Der Support bei HP ist so Katastrophal, dass man gerne Aufgibt und den Drucker in die Tonne schmeißt. Gut schauen was man Kauft
