Buy Stevia Extract not this Stevia "Sweetner"
"This is not the stevia you're looking for." No, really, it's not. It is now Stevia "Sweetner". It's just not sweet--as in measure in 1/4 cups rather than spoons. It doesn't have the neutral flavor I was used to buying. The Stevia package that previously looked like this, had one ingredient, stevia; THIS product is now adulterated with erythritol, to no good reason. The flavor is slightly bitter, and as I said before, it's not even sweet. Stevia EXTRACT is just stevia, the older and truer version. More expensive, but it IS sweet.

Weak sweetening power and health concerns - disappointed purchase
I've been using stevia for many years and bought this Stevia Sweetener Powder with Plant-based Erythritol because the price for four pounds was so low. Unfortunately, I'm disappointed with this product for several reasons. The sweetening power is insufficient - it's like powdered sugar or confectioner's sugar in texture but barely sweet. I've been doubling the amount I normally use, and my tea still isn't sweet enough. For a stevia product, this is a significant problem. I also realize I missed that this contains erythritol when I purchased it. Recent studies suggest erythritol may increase blood clot risk and potentially harm cardiovascular health, which is concerning to me. I don't feel comfortable continuing to use this product due to the potential health risks. While the low price initially seemed attractive, the weak sweetening power means you end up using much more product, and the health concerns about erythritol make this not worth the savings for me.

Don't care what to say I'm going to use it anyway.
I know all the scientists are now saying that you're either tall is one of those bad products that are causing this and that blah blah blah. And of all the bad things that they are putting into food and doing the food you isn't all being just a byproduct and not an actual man-made product, an invented chemical out of the science lab do they need to figure out what this product is combining with to cause the plaques and I don't use that much anyway. This product has a wonderful flavor for a stevia mix and I use it in my coffee, tea, cooking even in my plain kefir and berries that I make. Very very tasty. I also use it in my lemonade with fresh squeezed lemon, apple cider, ginger powder. Sugar is much worse for you than erythritol could ever be. The only problem is every company out there is stuffing their product full of these pro this and overusing it. Still better than sugar which is a toxin and poison your liver.

Does the Job
I was wanting to find something that I could buy more in bulk at a better price than the small containers cost. This is not as sweet as Truvia and other well known Stevia natural sweeteners. So you end up using more. But does the job and is still a bargain. No after taste.

Small quantity replaced cup of sugar
Still learning how to use this sugar in bake goods. But really like the small quantity needed to replace one cup of sugar

What's in here? FLOUR??? Baking soda??? It's not Stevia.
I've bought other Stevia before. Whatever this is, it isn't Stevia. Or at least it's been heavily cut with something, because it isn't anywhere near as sweet as what I bought before. This has practically no flavor at all. Complete waste of money. Also, I find the powder to be an annoying mess that shoots a little cloud every time I close the bag. I thought I was saving money with this. Turns out I wasted it. I'll go back to the granular Stevia I bought previously.
