iPhone was in a great condition. Tiny dent on the screen and on borders. Battery 100%. Delivered very well wrapped and with a free phone case.

Came in 2 day (was expected 3 days) so i’m happy about the early delivery, battery health came in at 95% which is amazing, very simple and easy to set up, clean design very good size to carry in pockets, also condition came in nearly perfect, not a single flaw or scratch i could see which was unexpected, sound quality is so clear and camera quality is amazing, seems very strong and very durable and scratch resistant I wouldn’t worry about all the negative reviews for it if purchasing, never had a single issue even visible, also came with a free charger and wire, a key ring and a sim card opener which was very unexpected and good and comes with very good sturdy packaging

Screen detached after 3 months. Non-genuine battery. Seller refused refund. The phone looked fine on arrival. However, from day one, iOS showed a warning that the battery could not be verified as genuine — no battery health percentage was ever displayed. I didn’t fully understand what this meant at the time. Three months later, the screen detached completely while my daughter was at school — no drop, no impact, just taken out of a pocket. The screen fell off and cracked at the corners, making the phone unusable. Once the screen came off, the non-genuine battery was clearly visible inside. I contacted the seller requesting a refund. They refused and offered only a repair — for a phone that was sold with undisclosed non-genuine parts and an improperly secured screen. This device was not properly refurbished. It was not as described. I would not recommend purchasing renewed devices from this seller.

So far so good. The only issue is that I can't make phone calls: I've gotten an esim and have transferred everything over from my old phone, I can receive phone calls, and I can make and receive Whatsapp phone calls, but the regular phone function doesn't work. I am hoping that another visit to Vodafone will resolve this, otherwise I'll have to return it. But no complains about the handset: there a couple of very minor dents but it's otherwise pristine, the screen is scratch-free and looks new, the camera works great, and the battery is decent (it's clear that it's refurbished but it lasts about a day). Overall I'd say that while pricey, it was probably worth it. Glad there's a one-year guarantee in the event I can't get the phone function to work or it conks out for whatever reason!

Having changed from an I-phone SE (second gen) to an I-phone 13, it took a long time to stop trying to push the bottom button to change apps. It also took a while to learn how to swipe up to switch on. It is annoying not to have fingerprint access for the I-phone 13, having to use my password each time to access the apps. It seems to log off very quickly! The phone was in good condition, and after two weeks of ownership is fine for my purposes. I was successful in transferring all my data from my old I-phone.

Great value for money. It looks in perfect condition although it is refurbished. Delivered slightly before anticipated. Lovely surprise to find a complementary phone case included in the package and a personal note from seller. We shall definitely purchase from them again.

Ho acquistato un iPhone 13 ricondizionato “come nuovo” e devo dire che sono rimasta davvero sorpresa dalla qualità del prodotto. Il telefono funziona in modo impeccabile: è fluido, veloce e reattivo in ogni operazione. È stato consegnato ben imballato e pronto all’uso, cosa che dà subito una sensazione di affidabilità e cura. Sono molto soddisfatta dell’acquisto perché permette di avere un iPhone praticamente nuovo a un prezzo più conveniente rispetto al prodotto nuovo. È un’ottima soluzione per chi vuole qualità, prestazioni e affidabilità senza spendere una cifra eccessiva. In conclusione, consiglio assolutamente questo iPhone 13 ricondizionato: bello, perfetto in ogni dettaglio e indistinguibile da uno nuovo. Acquisto azzeccato sotto tutti i punti di vista.
