Is wireless Bluetooth or RF?

Neither. I purchased the Tournament Edition version, which has a wire that cannot be detached and is required for the mouse to function. I am seeing this question because I was reviewing my order history, and I was like hum...that's weird...is there a wireless version?? I think there might be other versions, but I wouldn't know...

Where can you get another charger for this, mine broke

After several frustrating exchanges with Razer support, I determined that they do not sell replacement USB cords for the Lancehead. You can, however, use any normal USB "micro" cable to charge the Lancehead. The trick is that the charging port is surrounded by a fair bit of plastic, meaning you will most likely need to "trim" the plastic housing from around the USB "micro" connector to get it to fit into the mouse. I used a regular hobby knife to do this and it works just fine (be careful not to damage the USB cord) Very far from an ideal solution, but a solution nonetheless.

Does this mouse have a "clutch" for temporarily lowering sensitivity while you hold it, similar to the Razer Ouroboros?

Yes but you'll have to set it up through the razer synapse
