Yes because your seat adjustment makes it so no matter how long your legs are you going to be comfortable

Is the intelligent projection system and stretch pad included?

The M3i Total Body Trainer does include stretch pads, they are the set of triangular end caps on the rear-base of the machine. The Intelligent Projection System is a group exercise software suite and is not designed to be a home use product.

More articulately, are the arm bars in a position to make it comfortable for shorter people and do they have independent resistance?

Hi Ellen,

The TBT fits riders of all shapes and sizes primarily due to the upright seated position, but it will depend on the rider's wingspan and inseam length. Generally speaking, it fits riders 5' and up.

The exercise arms are linked to the pedals, so they share the same resistance.

Is there an assembly option available on delivery?

Amazon may not offer assembly services on all of our products, although I can't really recommend the services they offer in all cases. We have had many of our customers products damaged by under-qualified repair technicians, and it has been very difficult to get an acceptable resolution from the Home Services department.
