A great gift for Scrabble lovers
I bought this for my friend who loves playing Scrabble. I told her she can only use this cup when she plays her game. She loves it and tries using it on the board to cheat.

Bought this cup as a gift for my sister, it came perfect and unbroken and just as I expected it. She loved it!

Mug was chipped when opened
I gave this as a birthday gift to my sister and when she unwrapped the bubble wrap it had a chip in the rim. I wrote to seller but have had no response about how to have the cup replaced. I never removed the bubble wrap it was wrapped in when I received it. I did hold the mug in the shipping box until her birthday and have 4 others which I have now opened and found to be in perfect condition. I am saving them for birthday gifts throughout the year. Please respond.

Nothing else to say but great mug with a nice big size- hand wash only, but no problem for me.
