Wonderful upgrade for all of my Toyotas, but not for the obvious reasons... Sure, it increases the brightness and the rear view cam gains a few feet of good clear vision in dark environments. More importantly, when engaged, these lights are much easier to see during daylight and direct sun times. Oncoming traffic can see them a lot better in those brighter circumstances because this closer to pure White light isn't drowned out like a regular incandescent bulb. In a parking lot, that extra bit of attention can be very helpful in this heavily distracted, poorly qualified driver society.
