So far so good. Received the MacBook on-time. Packing was great. MacBook was clean and worked great thus far. Battery is ok. No dents, no cracks.

Very affordable refurbished mac book pro. Perfect for software engineering if you need something off the shelf but don't want to shell out big bucks. Beware, if you are using an older mac book refurb like this for software, any macbook from before 2020 uses a different chipset architecture (aarch vs the newer silicone chipset), which can affect the compatibility of some software depending on what you're trying to do.

The laptop was working fine, it suddenly stoped working and had to take it to apple support. The support person told me that there were a few issues with the laptop and that it needed to replace the logicBoard and the memory. The estimated cost is more than what I payed for this laptop, really bad!

Great deal! Showed up and looked practically brand new. Updated to Sequoia with no issues, transferred from my old 13" macbook pro without issue. While it did arrive with a dead battery, however the battery seems to be charging normally. I did have to charge it for abou15 mins before it would turn on. The screen is big and bright, and doesn't appear to have any issues. The sound quality is "typical mac", but that's expected. I wouldn't say the sound is any worse or better than my 13" macbook. Overall, I'd say that this is a great value for the money, especially since it can run Sequoia.

I've been an IT tech for 30 years, here is my review of the Amazon renewed MacBook Pro laptops. Starting off with the bad, the bad isn't that bad really, the laptop was listed as Excellent, and in that condition according to Amazon, shouldn't have any dings, on the lid on the edge there is two small dings right on the edge, while disappointing ,it isn't a deal killer for me, i do think it should have been maybe $20-40 cheaper because of it and loses one star because of it. Not a huge deal The air vents looked like they might have been quickly cleaned, but still had fuzz in them, which i was able to vacuum out pretty easily, but would of liked this to already been done. i9 macbook pros love to run hot, so clean vents are important. So I might take the back off to do a good cleaning. But considering things, I was ok with it, but others should inspect the vents and make sure the vent holes are clean to keep good performance and cooling. That out of the way, it matched all the other requirements for Excellent condition. Battery is in "normal" condition and above 80% life. Keyboard is in great shape. Speakers are perfect sounding, touchpad is perfect, and now the screen. The screen has no visible scratches and no dead pixels and seems to be in perfect shape and looks fantastic. Performance, the performance seems good, it runs Serato DJ pro perfectly for hours. Runs Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro just fine. Gaming is decent, games like minecraft get 100FPS, other 3d games get 50-100fps and is very playable. So for the casual gamer it's decent. Overall I'm really pleased with the laptop and would recommend buying amazon renewed in Excellent and Good condition i believe. I bought two of these renewed Macbook pros at the same time, one is Excellent condition and one is Excellent but has the tiny dings previously mentioned.

I needed an Intel Mac for dual booting for a UV printer and this is the best laptop that fits that bill. Almost every seller has an inaccurate description, all the 2019 16in I9s says Radeon Pro 5500M graphics card but most I got had the standard 5300M. I had to return several to get a good one. I got finally lucky, the last one I got had the correct 5500M card but with upgraded 8gb VRAM, and the laptop looks brand new with only 100 battery cycles somehow on a 6 year old machine. It actually holds up just fine next to my M3 MacBook Air to my surprise and will be able to run macOS Tahoe. With the 32gb ram and 1 tb SSD I'll actually be using this as my main design workstation, not bad for $500. Refurbished electronics are an amazing deal, but you have to know exactly what you need and know how to inspect it.

The laptop was in about 8 out of 10 scratches dings . Price was about 7 of 10 because the charger required is an Apple brick minimum 96 watt usb c and the charger plug that was sent was new but it’s a 65 watt usb c. The cord is good , plug is not good it’s red hot not charging correctly beeping on off disconnecting from charge . So now I have to buy a charger for it for $40 . It’s better to drop prices by $35 just tell those to buy plug than to supple a iPhone size plug that really doesn’t charge correctly . I could send it all back but it’s not worth the stress .

La computadora llegó en buen estado pero se calentaba demasiado y se apagaba. A pesar de tener 32gb y 1TB se alentaba de vez en cuando y para usar programas de edición era deficiente.
