2nd purchase and will continue to buy. It helps with my thyroid and I love that it has Spirulina in it! Others don’t. Update* i’ve noticed a change in the color of the capsules. I don’t like that they’re not green anymore. Makes me think there’s no spirulina in there. I am now questioning the formula. Update- since the last purchase had beige capsules I decided to buy from my old vitamin site. When they arrived they were bright green!!! The way they should be!

Best I've tried
I used to have a supplier that got their sea moss from the source, but they fell off the face of the earth. Been in desperate search for a decent sea moss capsule brand that works and actually has benefits I can feel. This one is the best I've tried since. I have noticeably more energy through the day and more regular in the bathroom. I recommend if you are on the fence about this product.
