Absolutely excellent! I use this every night to help support my back and hip. It really does make a difference, especially for arthritic and sciatic pain. I was sceptical when I bought it, but it’s a godsend! Well worth the money and I would highly recommend it 😊😊

It's a bit stiff and a little too big for my liking. I've tried removing stuffing from my pillow to create more of a crater, but it's still just not the right feel. I've used the original "OPTP Cervical Roll" before and this is not the same density feel. I'm sure it will help some people out, but it wasn't pliable and responsive enough for me.

Comfortable pillow, bought to help with a neck and rotator cuff problem. My previous neck pillow was hard. This pillow fit the bill exactly. Whilst made of memory foam it was soft and supportive, just what I was looking for. It cradles the head, when lying both on your back or on your side, keeping your neck in the correct alignment. Although, when you first see and feel the pillow, you may not think it will offer good support, but it does. There is also no odour. It has a silky soft zipped cover, which can be removed for washing. The pillow fits in a standard pillow case with ease. My only issue is, whilst initially it feels cool to lay on, being memory foam it does get warm, but not too warm. All in all it is a great buy and gave me the best nights sleep for a long time, after trying many pillows beforehand to find this one, that works perfectly for me.

Excellent pillow for the neck. Really good support. Very good quality & well made. Ideal the cover comes off to wash. Small & ideal to take with you if going away on holiday. Very happy with my purchase. I would highly recommend.

I was sceptical when ordering it but desperate after having serious neck pain causing a trapped nerve and agony. I used an ergonomic pillow and it didnt help once the damage was done. One night with this under my neck and I woke up able to mobilise my neck again. Its not the most comfortable sleeping position but really works for the purpose of neck pain.

If you are looking for something to support your legs/knees this won't be of any use. I bought it as a leg/knee support due to injury, at best its a very soft cushion, it doesn't take any weight to keep your legs raised.. Tried it as a neck support too I couldn't really get comfortable with it. Very soft, very squishy.
