Incompatible size
The shoulder rest didn’t fit my child’s 1/2-size violin. I placed the order twice, but the sizing from this company doesn’t seem compatible with standard U.S. 1/2 violins. I ended up returning both and had to go to a physical store to find the right fit. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, a waste of time, and it almost caused us to miss my child’s recital.
