Q: Does it come with the electrical plug in option?

The yolink receiver that connects directly to the valve motor does plug into an ac outlet. It can also work off regular alkaline batteries. I use it plugged in, with the batteries working as backup in case power outtage. As the leak sensors can pair directly to the receiver, it should work even if power and internet connection are lost. - hope that helps

Q: How do i make valve shut off work without wifi working? leak sensor does not trigger automation if the hub is offline even though it's all local comms

The sensor signals the valve controller if it gets wet. Wifi helps with notifications and remote operation.
