I'm just starting in my cigar journey and have collected about 100 cigars in all kinds of price ranges. It's been perfect so far, it hold 70 degrees very well and with the help of the large Boveda pack, it's held 69-70% humidity really well. I purchased two 12x7" cedar trays here on Amazon, they fit great. It does hang off a bit, but there is enough space between them and the door, it doesn't hit. My only gripe is that when the power goes out or is unplugged, it resets the temp to 65 degrees. Although that won't ruin the cigars it's an inconvenience to have to remember to bring the temp back up. Version two needs to have this corrected and it would be perfect.

Fantastic! I’ve had mine for a while now and it has served me very well. I’ve gotten a few extra shelves for it and it works awesome. Keeps temp just right and hold humidity. Best investment in humidors I’ve made.

This sucks I'm gonna request return and refund if company won't return emails to find out why it won't stay at the temp I set! My home is 67-73° always the last 2 weeks. I set cabinet to 71° and it won't even stay there it dips and Hoovers 64-66° how do you get it to STAY 70-73°???

I wanted a humidor with temperature control for my higher end cigars. This unit was on sale for $141 (now $165). It arrived in perfect condition. Set up was easy. I left the door open while it ran for a few hours then wiped the interior (not the cedar trays) with distilled water to get the factory odor out. It came with a cheap and wildly inaccurate hygrometer and a water reservoir. I tossed the hygrometer and modified the drawer to fit a better one. I also purchased another drawer on Amazon for around $20. I used to water reservoir along 84% Boveda packs to speed up the seasoning process, then tossed the reservoir. I placed 5 65% Boveda packs under the bottom shelf and it was ready for cigars. Overall there are more pluses than minuses with this unit. It only cools, but since I live in Arizona that isn't concerning. It looks awesome and holds temperature/ humidity perfectly. The additional drawer significantly increased its capacity. There are several very annoying drawbacks, however.... First is the crappy hygrometer it comes with. Do not trust your cigars with this thing! Secondly, I discovered that most of my boxes will not fit even though they should based on its dimensions. I discovered that the interior narrows slightly about halfway through.... so my boxes would get stuck halfway in. Also, the door must be opened nearly 180 degrees before the drawers and shelves can be pulled out. This really limits where you can put it. The light is totally useless once you add cigars! Finally, the front glass is tinted making it impossible to see the hygrometer without opening the door or using a flashlight. I get that it is supposed to protect the cigars from sunlight, but I feel like anyone who's buying a climate controlled humidor knows enough not to put it in direct sunlight.

Humidor came in a timely manner. Once arrived, we checked the shipping box and everything seemed perfect. It was double boxed and packaged really I want anyone to note when buying this that the humidor can only cool, and it won't heat. If you live in a constantly cold or cool environment then keep that in mind. If you're pushing for a 70 degrees Fahrenheit with 70% humidity, it's going to take quite some time to adjust depending on how cool or cold your house is. There is a strong plastic smell inside but just follow the directions and that smell will go away completely. Make sure you season correctly and adjust as needed!

Great product. I bought this coolidor to age my pipe tobacco at a consistent Temperature. You may need to buy another hydrometer. They have little rectangular ones here on Amazon that fit perfectly in the bottom drawer and they are a lot more accurate. The coolidor keeps temperature really well around 65 degrees or cooler. It seems to have a harder time keeping the temperature at higher degree but oh well I like this product a lot

Unit does an ok job but does not keep humidity or temp very well i have a boveda 69% 320 gram in it and it is usually is sitting at 60% also the temperature randomly fluctuates 5 degrees other than that the unit does look nice for the price but unfortunately the most important part of buying a coolidor is to have stable level for your cigars not just for looks
