it could 2 small children, and if one is a little older and feet can go to floor, and not the other child, you would want to keep the floorboard in place so the smaller child wouldn't fall out, and the older one would have to be pulled around as well

My husband just put this together. When you pull the horse and carriage backwards one of the front wheels faces the wrong side out. How do you fix it?

My husband put it together for our granddaughter a while back. He said they should both rotate backwards because they are meant to turn or rotate. If it doesn’t turn on one of the wheels it is probably screwed on too tight.
