Perfect ! relieved painful shoulder and neck within minutes. Hyperextended my arm and pulled my shoulder out too far when reaching for something and then pain arrived hours later, thank goodness this arrived the next morning! after three days of rest, icing with this, and elevation, I did some slow rotations and now a week and half later - so much better. So many people say heat feels better, I am a changed person - ICE it first!!

Excellent product, wish it was optimally priced

This item is totally adjustable. It covers my 6'1" husband's shoulder and my 5'1" shoulder. Works great getting ice or heat where it is needed without constant slipping. It is very durable when used properly. You cannot lay on it but you should not anyway 20 minutes on 30 minutes off. When you travel it is quite portable, just put it in your cooler.

Been a life saver while recovering from shoulder surgery!

Not great performance. After 8 hrs back in freezer, only delivers cold at a therapeutic level for about 15 mins max. I guess better than nothing. The product does have good, effective body contouring.
