DELSEY PARIS Helium DLX Softside Luggage Under-Seater with 2 Wheels, Black, Carry on 16 Inch

I have used this underseater several times and am very pleased. It is the perfect companion to the matching Delsey carry on. And they stack easily. I like the compartments and it is particularly useful in flight because I can access a number of personal items without having to get to my carry-on which is of course in the overhead.

I’m mixed on this underseat carry-on. I needed something to carry my electronics—laptop, iPad, two phones, and chargers—which can get heavy. I didn’t want to pack them in my larger carry-on since I’d have to remove everything at security. The top-opening design makes it easy to access items quickly, and the size is perfect for fitting under the seat and it’s lightweight. However, I wish it had four wheels. When traveling with just this and a larger suitcase, I have to tilt it while pulling the bigger one, which makes it unstable for stacking anything on top. That said, when paired with my larger carry-on, it stacks well and is much easier to manage. The interior offers great space and organization. It’s slightly too short for my 16.5” laptop, but I can fit it diagonally. After four international trips in a month, I’ve found I’d only use this bag when I also have my larger carry-on. The bottom has some scrapes from being dragged due to the lack of four wheels.

This little suitcase was exactly what my bigger suitcase needed! It gave me lots of extra room and was easy on and off the bigger suitcase handle. My husbands suitcase, however, has a bigger rubber grip and the fit was a little too tight for a quick on and off.

I really liked the quality. The size fits perfectly under the aircraft seats.

I use this as my main luggage, in addition to a small backpack, for trips less than a week long. It fits all I need, and is small enough to go underneath plane seats. It's well built and rolls well. The only thing I'd improve would be the main opening: I wish it opens flat to ease the loading of clothes.

I am using this to replace a different "overnight" rolling bag. This one is lighter, but it doesn't seem as sturdy as my previous suitcase (which had a wire frame around the outside) under the fabric to keep it rigid) The space is the same, but because of the configuration, it feels like it holds less. There doesn't seem to be an easy way, for example, to pack a folded shirt and keep it flat, something I can easily do in a standard suitcase. It is structured more like a rolling briefcase. I have a few other thoughts about how to pack it, so i will update the review if I find a better method.

Good product but difficult to maneuver with only two wheels. Well constructed but it difficult to walk around the airport dragging the bag behind you instead on the side. Why would they create such a nice bag with only two wheeled? Why? It dies not make practical sense.

Great carry on. i chose it as a wheeled carry on that was a little smaller than some, and therefore unlikely to be challenged for size limits. I like the fact that it has a strap at the back and so can be placed on top of a suitcase and wheeled all as one. The opening zip is slightly awkward to use because of its curved course, but thats only a small thing.
