Item reached without any damage, well packed.
Good Product. The product has failed after working for 40 days. The use is intermittent when ever the water is filtered. The UV light is now not working even though the vendor has given one year warranty for the Phillips UV Light.

Need to replace uv lamp after 6 months
Contact to customer support and they replaced my dead uv lamp and its adaptor without any hasitation. I really impressed with his after sales service.
