I LOVE these socks! They're super soft, the thickness is perfect (not *thick*, but thick enough to feel cushiony) and they hug my feet wonderfully (not *tight*, but huggy with no slippage around the foot or ankle). For reference, I wear a women's 5 1/2 - 6 shoe and the Small size of these socks fits me perfectly. I've also found the wicking to be very good. I have sweaty feet, which is especially bad in the winter because it causes my feet to feel cold all the time. These socks do a nice job of preventing the moisture build up that leads to cold feet. I can't speak to how good they are for hiking, but for everyday wear, I recommend these socks. Really nice quality, inside and out.

These socks are great for hiking or just keeping your feet warm and cozy. I think the fit offers good compression (not too strong, but I can feel it). I wore them hiking two days in glacier national park and they were perfect. The wool helps the socks stay dryer. The colors are fun and interesting. They are nice and thick in all the right places for hiking! I’m finding myself wearing them in the evening just for cozy factor.

Wow! These socks are completely, entirely comfortable. They are soft, don’t twist, no toe seams, don’t sag or stretch out of shape. This might be the first socks that I ever declared, ‘I love these socks!’

This has become one of my favorite winter running socks. I am giving it a four though because as lovely as they are, they don’t last very long. I got some of these for Christmas from my husband and two pairs of them have unraveled and have holes in them. I only run 20-30 miles per week.
