Pull the magnet with one had and attach it secretly to the coin, do some sort of slight of hand or throwing motion, let go of it, distract the audience, turn your body to hide the gag, and they'll have no idea where such a big coin disappeared to. Distract them again, reach back with the other hand and detach the coin from the magnet, shirt covers the gag easily.
