Best treat!
Awesome treat! Very long lasting, keeps my doggies busy for hours! They love the taste and the size is perfect for both our mini poodle and Bernese Mountain Dog

Long Lasting!
I have a 1-yr old Basset whom loves to chew and swallow everything. Nerf dart plastic tip, wet wipe, tip of pacifier, heart med pill (which costs us $350 at vet ER) and we’re currently waiting for a piece of a leather glove to pass. SMH! If we don’t keep her mouth busy, she’ll find something that will. All the other bones/chews we tried are gone in minutes and we don’t give her rawhide or anything that may cause an obstruction. She does enough of that on her own. Keratin chews are great and very healthy but stink very bad and leave my pup smelling bad too. So after much searching I found these best bully sticks and she absolutely loves them! I buy the 4-pack of large size and each one lasts a week of intermittent chewing everyday. They leave little pieces around here and there but nothing major. They’ve a very slight smoky smell if you put them up to your nose but nothing that lasts or is overwhelming. At first my dog would do nothing but chew them all day for a few days straight until the excitement died down. Now they’re her go to throughout the day when she has the urge to chew which is even better because she won’t go through them as fast. We give her 1 at a time and try to keep an eye on where it is. When it gets small, I take it away so she doesn’t accidentally swallow it and it get stuck in her throat. I put it inside a glass of water for 5-7 min and then throw in the microwave for 45-60 seconds until it becomes a lil puff. (Watch the last 30 seconds so it won’t burn.) It’ll be hot but once it cools, my Tallulah enjoys crunching it in her mouth. (It’s like a pork rind.) No waste either. If you are worried about your dog swallowing it, you can buy a plastic bully stick holder (they’ve diff sizes so be sure to check that detail) that has a screw to keep the bone in place and help your dog hold it instead of them trying to keep upright in their paws themselves…or if you’re like me, having to do it for your dog and constantly get your hand/fingers bitten w their teeth. I’m very impressed w these yak cheese chews and will continue to purchase them. They’re low in fat and don’t seem to cause my dog any digestion issues whatsoever. The only concern I have is that dogs w dental problems may have issues because they are hard and dense. I’d suggest finding softer ones if that’s the case. All in all, I’m thrilled to have found a solution to my dogs expensive chewing habit. Yes, these are a tad expensive too but way worth the $16-20 they cost monthly. Highly recommend!

Yak cheese beats rawhide hands down!
My dog loves these. She was chewing rawhide and those are not always safe. Will continue to buy, but these last alot longer so it costs a lot less over the coarse of a year.

Pretty Good
These are the best ones on the market but they have changed since we first started buying them. Dogs love them, but we take them away from they are within an inch or so of being gone, because we want to be sure they don't swallow it hole. Price has gone up too much, but they are the best on the market, in our opinion...and the dogs.

Long lasting, dog loves it, great value!
Best Yak cheese that I have bought for my dog. They are hard and thick which keeps her occupied and loving the Yak even more! In the past, some I bought were soft or puffy, which did not last long or impress me or my dog! This is not too bad of a price for the time your dog will spend chewing it and loving it! Great quality, really unbreakable! Does not have an odor like some do. It does not hurt her digestion of it! Great purchase and will buy again. It might be a while before I do because it is taking her a while to get through them!! LOL…

Great
One of the only things that keeps my active Lab busy for 20+ minutes! No odor and she loves them. Photo provided to illustrate what she gets into and not occupied 😊

DEADLY Toy! DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY THIS - CAN KILL YOUR DOG IN MINUTES OR OVER THE COURSE OF MONTHS It is absolutely shameful that this product is even allowed to be produced. These do not behave like a dense, gnawable cheese that your dog can chew through scraping softened bits of cheese off of slowly over time. No, not at all. These more or less act like solid, not hollow, SOLID bone. While chewing, the sound is akin to them chewing on a mineral deposit: hard jagged scraping, and pressure causing squeezing sounds before small OR large shards break off. This immediately put me off, but then he broke off a corner that is a straight up triangle with sharp edges and points. Its a literal spike. If he swallowed this, he wouldve lacerated his throat. Even if he didnt, if I decided to let him continue chewing these for an extended period of time he'd eventually get tooth fractures. These are in no way safe for a dog's consumption, the squared edges of the sticks could literally be used to chop through wood or break bricks and stones. I repeat, DO NOT BUY. Furthermore, I implore you to REPORT THIS PRODUCT. Especially as it has thousands of reviews by dog owners who probably made their review after a few days and brushed off the shards that broke off (or, even worse, the quality of their products is irregulated so some batches are safe and some arent), so it seems like a safe product. But I can tell you first hand, this is literally going to either break your pups teeth or rip a hole in their throat. Please do not allow products like this to be sold.

Large chunks break off easily
While my dog did enjoy these and they didn’t have a super strong order, he was able to bite of large chunks relatively easily, which could be a choking hazard. I haven’t experienced that yet with yak chews, so probably won’t buy these again since they were too easily breakable for my pup.
