It works!!!
I woke up to an extremely muffled ear this morning and tried to find any way to fix it. I used a Q tip to no avail, only making my ear much more worse. I immediately looked up any way to resolve my issue and discomfort, when I came across this product. I was skeptical at first receiving this product as I had never done it before but knew I couldn’t bear the discomfort much longer. The instructions were spot on as I laid down on my side and was assisted by my spouse when applying the ear drops and right away I started feeling small subtle sounds which comforted me that it was working. After the 15 minutes was up, I then went into the bathroom where I had a bit of an issue trying to put the purple drainer with water and clear out my ear however after a couple attempts, it worked and I was hearing like normal again. This product really does break down the earwax! 5 out of 5 stars and saved me a trip to the er and discomfort!

Works, Just Give it extra time.
So ended up with impacted ear wax in one ear. Used Debrox. For 3 days. No luck. Used ear pik and got some out of both ears. Then went to urgent care and got an irrigation treatment. Felt like was drilling a hole in my head. Hardly anything came out. Said they got 90% and to use Debrox to get the rest. 3 more days of Debrox and flushing. Nothing. Saw this on you tube. Honestly was skeptical but read reviews and saw a 50/50 mix. Ordered and here in 2 days. Tried 15 mins each side. Maybe a few specks. Disappointed. So i tried 1 hr each side. Wow. Out came the amount of about an eraser head from both sides. Still had muffling after drying. Wife saw some more in the back. So i did another 1 hour for both sides. Again the amount of an eraser. Both yellow and brown ish. Clarity. Flushed real well and some more flecks came out. Left alone for the night since i could hear and didnt have a ringing. This am 1 hr each side again. Some few small specks. Flushed. Wife took a look and super clean. Dont remember the last time in 15 years Ive heard this good. The product works. The would recommend an hour for first application instead of the 15-30 mins so you dont feel disappointed when hardly anything comes out. 5 days of Debrox and an irriagation treatment and all i got was a speck or two from each ear. Couple 1 hour treatments with the earwax MD product and im cleared up. Gonna gross you out with a pic.

Works well!
I flushed my ear several times after using the drops. This was the biggest piece that came out. The bulb that came with it was not working right and wouldn't suck up water, I had to use a different bulb syringe, but the drops worked excellent!

Works better than other options
I've used hydrogen peroxide in the past, and have an electric sprayer designed for ear cleaning, but this formula works better. One 20 minute soak was sufficient.

I think it works?
I will update this if I get a better idea of what is going on. First, I'm obsessed with clean ears, and often use debrox or peroxide. I do also use Q tips. Based on reviews, I let this solution sit in my ear for 45 minutes before draining and rinsing. One thing I noticed is that this seems extremely gentle, almost like putting water in the ear canal. I tilted my head and let the solution drain into a paper towel, and also used the bulb to rinse my ear. I did not see anything come out of my ear. That said, getting enough pressure and water from the bulb for sufficient rinsing was difficult for me. I was initially disappointed with the results. I could not tell if I could hear better or if I felt like I could because my ear had been full of liquid for nearly an hour. I decided to go back to trusty peroxide since I was already in the process of cleaning my ears. When I put the peroxide in my ear, it did not bubble at all...so my best guess is that the Earwax MD worked, because that has never happened. This actually made me far more confident in the product. On that note, even if it does clean really well, it is a bit unclear if you've used enough time or if it is even working, and I wish there was a way to measure that with this product (similar to how peroxide bubbles slow down when ears get cleaner. I did have a pretty uncomfortable itch in my left ear when I initially put the product in that seemed to lessen as time went on, but then again, it could have been a simple itch. I will be doing my right ear later today or tomorrow and will update this as appropriate. That ear tends to have more issues with feeling full and making cracking noises, and it seems the ear canal is longer as well. Either way, even though this is still a mystery to me, the evidence in front of me seems to suggest that this probably works, and it is likely superior to peroxide and debrox. It definitely did not cause dryness or sensitivity, which is a definite bonus.

Wow! Things sound so much clearer now!
Recommedation on the product box is to allow 10 to 15 minutes for the product to work. However, after reading through dozens of reviews, I decided to go longer like the reviewers recommended. I turned on the TV and lay on my left side on the couch. My wife then put the drops into my right ear. For the next 60 minutes, I watched TV. After 60 minutes, I got some warm water and used the bulb to flush out my right ear. After about 15 or so flushes, a blob about the length of a pencil eraser (but a bit less in diameter) fell out. Immediately I noticed a diffence in the quality of sound I was hearing. (The blob consisted of tiny bits of hair, cotton wool-like stuff, and wax) I repeated the process on my left ear. This time I flushed more than 20 times, a tiny little bit of white cotton-wool came out. However, a big white blob could be seen just inside my ear. It was stubborn and refused to come out. So I again lay on my right side and put in more drops and waited for an hour. Then repeated the flushing with the bulb. After about 5 flushes, a big blob fell out. This was bigger than the one from my right ear. No wonder it was stuck! I wonder how so much cotton-wool got into my ears? Oh wait, yes... it must be from the Q-Tip cotton swabs that I had used over the years. I think that I still have a bit more gunk to remove from my ears... I'll do one more session next week. Took me more than 3 hours this time, but totally worth it!

Failed to achieve what it claims to do!
This product did not work for me at all….. if fact it seemed to clog up my left ear so that my hearing is worse after use. It is expensive considering it doesn’t work. Save your money and aggravation and make a doc appointment to get your ears cleaned….i will be doing that.

Easy to use. Painless
I have excessive ear wax accumulation and this is the best product I found. This does not leave the ear canal dry and itchy.
