They seem to be of quality. Nice case they're packaged in. Magnets are a plus when dealing with hard to reach areas and harder to fish out when they drop into engine bays or dirt if working outside. Not Snap-on nor Mac or Matco but they seem to be quality and reasonably priced. It comes with 5 so I can afford to loose one, break two and have one spare after I throw one out of spitefulness working on equipment. Ya, you know...

I finally started using them on the job last week, they have done exactly what I needed them to do. But, the magnet Inside the one that I used decided to break and now 1/3 of it is missing. I'm not sure if the magnets on all of them are going to break this easy or if this one was defective, but it doesn't show promise that the first job I use it on causes lasting damage. Other than that, the magnet is better than average. It isn't super strong. There are jobs that require me to install screws while on a two story ladder with only one hand, so having a really strong magnet can mean the difference between a 5 min install or a 30 min and 15 dropped screw install in that instance. Better than what I had, but not where I would like it to be.

These Bit holders are a value. Good Magnet Strength. Bit retention is snug. Sturdy. I've purchased several over the years and continue doing so when in the need.

The magnet inside does not hold your bits very well and I lost a few bits when they fell out.

If you are a professional tradesman or even just a DIY guy, don't buy these. I know better. But I figured, why not give them a try? After all, they are so much cheaper than the name-brand holders that I buy at the big box stores. My experiment proved the old saying, that you get what you pay for. The magnets in the holder are not strong enough to hold the bit. I'm not talking about the long bits, but the little stubby bits. Either the bit was left sticking in the screw, or it would just fall out of the holder when I tipped the drill down. I lost two bits through the gaps in the deck I was working on before I changed out my holder to the Dewalt holder. I bought the cheap multi-pack because I like to have a holder for each bit type. Bite the bullet and save the headache. Spend the extra bucks.
