Great customer service
After 14 months using the faucet, the nylon braided drawpipe is broken and caused a leak. I contacted the seller. After the seller verified the broken part to make sure they sending the correct replacement item. I received the item after a week at no cost since it still under warranty. It’s a good quality faucet, easy to install. Also, great customer service.

Leaks
The media could not be loaded. Looks lovely but now it leaks! Not happy

Double spouts mounted on single column really saves clutter and less splashing around sink. Heavy duty, beautiful finish that looks good with both stainless sink and brushed gold cabinet hardware in our kitchen.

Scratched and missing parts
The faucet I received was a bit scratched. Also, The product should come with 3 different hose connectors as per the description but they were missing. Thankfully, I dont think I would need the connectors. I am not verey happy with what I received but I am giving it 3 stars because the material seems to be pretty good.
