I've been testing bluetooth headsets for a year since heading back to the office. There are a lot of options that are great at the high end, this is the best I've found so far at a consumer price point. Comfortable ear cushions, good sound quality reported by people I've spoken with, and reliable pairing to two devices at once rather than just remembering two devices but requiring manually disconnecting from one device to then manually connect from the second one. It is consumer grade, I feels a little delicate to me, but I can buy 5 of these before I each the cost of similar professional headsets,

I use these for work. There is a slight delay in connectivity with most calls but the mic quality and sound quality are top of the line. I can get through. A full 12 hour shift without having to charge the battery life is fantastic . These are cordless meaning I can get up and walk around while on the phone. Very light weight I almost forget I have them on

UPDATE 4-18-23 - I HAVE BEEN IN TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE CHOOSING NOT TO HELP SO I WILL BE PURCHASING ANOTHER HEADSET- I DO NOT AT ALL RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT. It will only work for a short time and will be painful the entire. Update. The headphones are not working as well as they first did and it's only been just under 3 months since I bought them. They will now drop a call; there's a delay in the microphone picking up my voice, and there is a pause in them picking up the client's voice. Nothing on my computer has changed, I am still hard wired into the internet and when I test those speeds it says very fast. I start my day with a full charge on them because I do work from home and I use them 8-10 hours a day. AND BTW they still hurt after nearly 3 months. I think it might be time to buy a different pair. I have sent an email to the company who is based in India so we will see if I get a response and how they handle the situation and I will update here if they do a really good job (plus keep the headset) otherwise I will be on the hunt again. At first I was not very happy with the quality of the sound or how I sounded with these headphones but once I hardwired my laptop to the internet the quality of the sound on the headphones was much better and I didn't sound like a machine. the battery life is decent for someone who wants to use them to work. The problem with them is they HURT!!! I can only manage about the hours of wearing them before I have a terrible headache and the sides of my head around my ears ache. They are not heavy they are just too tight. I have tried stretching them by placing them on something large overnight but that has not helped. When I buy my hats I buy a 7 1/4 so I know I don't have an oversize head these are just too small or don't stretch enough?? I am really not sure.

Started a job but my head is too small for most headsets and, let’s face it, they are never going to be comfortable. The ear pads keep these from slipping off my head which is huge and all my clients can hear me clearly without having to raise my voice which I did for the first 4 weeks. Raising & lowering volume is pretty easy when they’re on my head. For me, they are worth the money. Did I mention the sound is excellent?

This is a nice phone headset. It does cut down on the noise around you but it does not have active noise canceling. The only real problem I have is that the mic boom only goes in one direction so you need to have the mic on the left side. Not a huge problem but not where I like my mic boom to be. It is comfortable. Not much pressure on the head or ears. The light that shows the status of the headset is very small and hard to see unless you are directly in front of it. That is nice as you dont bother anyone around you with a flashing light. But you do need to pick it up to see if it is on or off and if it is connected. It does have a light on the mic boom that shows when you are on a call which is nice so people do not try and bother you whole you are with someone.

I ordered these for home use. They're okay, but not great. Battery life seems fine, I haven't had a problem with running out of charge yet. They are okay on comfort over the ears, the plastic-ish covering of the pads isn't the best, but it also is soft enough that I'm not having trouble wearing them. The sound quality is fine for voice through them, voice plus game audio isn't great at the same time, but it's in the acceptable range. The piece that annoys me is the flip up/down mic to mute has a lot of friction inside the ear piece, so it "grinds" as you move it, meaning if you're using it for a substitute for PTT you first hear the rubbing of plastic on plastic just in the earpiece itself, then their audio alert about the mute disabling. That I wish were better. These would be four star without that. I half wish I'd paid the extra $20 to get another of the set that I use at work for at home, vs thinking since I won't wear the at home ones as much I could compromise a little. But not so much that I'd bother trying to return or do anything else. Your mileage may vary, they're okay-ish for the price.

I usually don't write reviews. I am now because I wanted to share how awesome their customer service has been. I work in a call center and wanted a wireless headset. I bought my headset end of July 2023- the headset worked great for 2 months. During a call the microphone stopped . I could hear the customer, they could not hear me. I reached out to the seller they got back to me right away. They were extremely helpful. They sent out a replacement headset in 3 days days. The new headset works perfectly!

On a technical level, I love these: The audio quality on the headphones is great, with the microphone being good as well. They're easily some of the most comfortable headphones I've worn. They can be actively paired to two devices, playing audio on one and smartly cutting over when you get a call on the second. The mute/unmute voice line is annoying, but not a dealbreaker. The big problem with these is the hinges. I've had two, and both failed in this exact same way: after a bit of bending, the hinge snaps on the left ear piece, leaving it completely detached from the headset. After the first one broke, I was willing to give them a second chance since they work so well otherwise; but even with ginger handling(not putting any force on the earpieces when taking them off and on, sitting them on a headset cradle instead of down on the desk) they still didn't even make it two years as daily drivers before snapping again. If it weren't for this disposable build quality, I'd readily recommend them, but as they are I can only say stay away.

The headphone is really perfect and helps a lot on meetings. audio and connect like a charm.

C’est un très bon casque sans fil et avec micro, livré avec pochette de rangement, essentiel pour le transporter partout avec soi. Hyper pratique pour l’utilisation sur un ordinateur ! Fini les anciens casques avec fil ! Utilisé principalement sur ordinateur pour les réunions, je trouve que la qualité du son est limpide, on peux même couper le micro temporairement. Facile d’utilisation, grâce a son Bluetooth il se connecte rapidement. Le son est de bonne qualité, L’écoute est limpide, très très peu de bruit parasite. Il n’est pas dans la catégorie « ultra haut-de-gamme » mais je le classe vraiment en catégorie de qualité supérieure. Il s’adapte fort parfaitement sur la tête. Pas trop lourd, il est même très confortable puisque entouré d’un revêtement simili cuir à la fois autour des oreilles et aussi sur le haut du casque. La description du vendeur est très bien expliquée et les fonctions du casque correspondent à la réalité de l’utilisation au quotidien. Je suis vraiment très satisfaite de ce produit. Le prix est totalement adapté, juste en dessous des 50 €, facile d’utilisation et d’excellente qualité, il mérite vraiment ses cinq étoiles, Je le recommande vivement , on est libre dans les mouvements, plus besoin d’être collé à l’ordinateur. L’essayer, c’est l’adopter ! On ne peut plus s’en passer quand on doit l’utiliser !

Lo he estado usando en un call center, se escuchaba mal y me escuchaban mal. Había veces que si cambiaba la salida de audio y quería volver a los cascos, y el micrófono dejaba de funcionar. He probado con otros cascos y esto no pasa.

After one day: It was worth searching for a budget headphone with mic for hours. I needed this for homeoffice call centre work and people can finally hear me thanks to the microphone. The packaging is really nice and it is comfortable, durable, and after 24hours still didn't run out of battery. It's fine for music as well. Not to mention that you can sleep in it comfortably if you need to. I only used it with bluetooth so far, it was easily paired with my phone and laptop as well. One minus is that it covers the whole ear and makes it sweat, but the positive side far outweighs this. I paid extra for the fast shipping to Hungary and really appreciate that UPS, unlike many other shipping services, actually rang my doorbell instead of just calling me for three seconds to check if I'm home at all.

Bought this to use on MS Teams as I wear glasses and the on ear headphones were hurting. These do the job perfectly and lifting the mic to mute / unmute works fine also. Would recommend for anyone who is on calls for a long period of time as they are also comfortable to wear.
