TOGGLER SNAPTOGGLE BA Toggle Anchor 3/16-24 UNC, 100 Pack, w/o Bolts

These are brilliant. We used to hang steel book shelving brackets to a 5/8" drywall. Super strong and a breeze, almost fun, to install. Someone clever found a better, stronger way to do a trad Molly bolt.

These work great and they are rated really strong too. They install without the screw and you can install the screw later. Lifer Saver for my needs. Pros Easy Strong Backer installs without the screw. Cons You need a little more room behind the mounting surface than the fold in half style, if that matters for you. I needed to fasten a 2x4 to some fiberboard sheathing without access to the back of the fiberboard. Liquid nails didn't work, as it just pulled off the surface of the fiberboard. These installed easily into the fiberboard so I could install the screw later. I couldn't drill a 1/2in hole in the 2x4 to pass the backer metal part through because the screw head would no longer have anything to hold and the 1/2 hole would be too sloppy and lose shear strength. These allowed me to install the backer and then drill a small hole for the screws. I just had to make sure my holes were drilled exactly right.

It's true that these don't come with bolts.. the same product from Lowes she's, but it's also $20 more expensive. Personally I have needed multiple length bolts, which you can pick up for $10/109pc. Other than that, these are great quality, far stronger and neater than a wing bolt. Whoever said the whole you need to make is too big, hasn't used alternatives that holds this much.

I've used these anchors for many years since finding out about them because they came included with some equipment I was installing at work. They are incredibly easy to use and hold great. One of my favorite features that might not be noticed at first is that if you need to remove the anchor in the future, it's super easy to break away the plastic arms and let the anchor drop behind the wall so there's a nice clean hole in the drywall that can be easily patched up.

I like that they are heavy duty, not like the garbage at Home Depot or Lowes. I wish it came with the bolts.

Pay attention! Comes without bolts. Order yourself some bolts.

Hands down the best drywall anchor on the market. I have close to, if not over 1000Lbs. hanging on one wall ALL in the drywall!! When I started to hang these (see picture) on the second one I hit a metal stud. I thought great that will be even better. One side drywall anchor one side metal stub. Put the box up and the side with the stud ripped the screw right out!! For the rest of the install, I made sure to only go through the drywall. Each leg under each side of every box has only one small L bracket and one Toggler. OVER 130 Togglers (so far) used to hang all those boxes!!! An AMAZING product!!! @wallofboomnyc

Best toggles in the market. Over the years we used other brands to install handicap grab bars in bathrooms around toilets and in showers this brand it was the best product and very simple and easy design to anchor to any wall, fiber glass, drywall, plywood and marbles.

I have installed 10/10 so far. I am not sure why people are complaining about the plastic breaking. These toggles are much stronger and easier to use than the spring toggles. These toggles work in walls with metal studs that only have 1-3/4" of depth.
