Works as described. Would buy again. Using it on lift boom arm of compact track loader (skid steer). Receiver is clamped to short aluminum pipe, bolted to on/off magnetic base. Safety chain between Receiver and boom arm. Can easily see grade LEDs in daylight thru side window.

Have been looking for something that would make digging to a level much easier for single person operation. This CR600 is a great laser receiver that was delivered on time. I use it for site levelling with a 6ton digger also for digging drains. I set up the required slope on the laser level and dig with the aid of the red LEDs to the green light (on level) is reached without the need to get out of the cab or have a second person. Both the LEDs and the sounder are easily seen and heard from the cab with the front open and the machine level setting gets it to within 10mm on fine. Have also used the receiver with the magnetic base to set steel posts to the required level. All in all a great piece of kit for the price.

This works great. Just used it with its magnetic base yesterday on a mini excavator. It was my first time on an excavator, and I'm really surprised this receiver was able to hang on, but it never moved. Even after smacking a tree with the bucket. It's easy to use, durable, and accurate. I'm using it with a Johnson self leveling rotary laser.
