I feel like this works on and off - Sometimes it will really soothe and clear my plaque psoriasis when it flares but not always. It may be my stress levels that make it more difficult to solve (haha) but it definitely helps. With so many products on the market claiming to help and personally trying so many, this is one of the best for sure. You can buy refill packs too which is great. Smell is muucccch better than the others like T-Gel, I don't find it offensive. It's definitely not your prettier scent but it's not bad either. I leave it on for 5 mins as well and find that gives better results.

Bought this for my boyfriend who has psoriasis on the scalp. It clears out the flakes for 2-3 days, which is much longer than other shampoos he tried. It has a pleasant and subtle scent. It is a bit pricey but a little goes a long way. I think a bottle will last about 6 months for him

My son suffered with dandruff which got worse, turned in to big flakes of drad skin coming from his scalp. Was using head and shoulders but didn't help. Doctor prescribed 2 different shampoos for psoriasis, which slightly helped at first but didn't stop the dandruff. Was recommended this by a friend. It is amazing. My son is absolutely made up. He was so self conscious about the flakes in his hair. From the first use of this we haven't seen one single flake. It is definitely worth the money.

I just as trying it to see if it worked. It has reduced the itching and it's smells great, unlike others. I'm happy wit the results.

Sadly bottle came damaged and had empty and then when I tried to wash my hair with it also did nothing for me … I have used ducray products for ages and they work much better for psoriasis so will be going back to them

Super Shampoo. Habe seit 10 Jahren gentisch vererbte, chronische Psoriasis. Nutze es seit drei Jahren und ist das einzige Shampoo das hilft (Schuppen entfernt) und nicht meine Kopfhaut irritiert, wie ander Anti-Schuppen-Shampoos.
