It appears to be sturdy and well made. I've only used it once so far and it performed really well, liquidising a large saucepanful of 1.5 kg cooked carrot and stock in less than the one minute recommended maximum run time. It was easy to clean. It has a variable speed control but I usually stick with one speed for most jobs (mostly making soup). If it lasts for the 10 years that its predecessor did I'll be well pleased. So far I'd say it's good value for money.

This three in one item is amazing, I don't know how I managed without it. The mini chopper is brilliant and so easy to use and clean, it chops vegetables very quickly and is also great for making pastes for marinades and curry. The whisk and the blender do exactly what is said and are also easy to clean once used. I am so impressed with this item that I have bought two more for my sons who will find it just as useful I am sure. I am delighted I bought it, it is durable, easy to store and certainly excellent value and I would highly recommend.
