These definitely brought my hemoglobin levels up (from 10.5 October 2025 to 15.1 in January 2026). I was donating whole blood every 2 months and had to skip a donation due to my levels going slightly low. Skipping a donation and supplementing with these helped me fairly quickly. For reference, I am a menopausal 59 year old, relatively active but slightly overweight female. I was taking 4 of the 6 recommended capsules mostly consistently several days per week. Okay, okay, okay, I am not the type to leave amazon reviews, but I felt the need to write one for this product. This product has singlehandedly changed my life. Lemme tell you why. According to my google research: "Beef liver is full of 'retinol' which is the active form of Vitamin A. This vitamin is crucial for the production of the youth-associated hormones which are Pregnenolone, Progesterone and DHEA." Progesterone is one of the hormones responsible for puberty, healthy periods, and basically all the physical things related to being a woman. I, as a woman in my early twenties, suffered for a long time with: - irregular and heavy periods - being irritable and moody, specially depending on my cycle - hormonal acne - bloating and cramps - not being able to sleep well, specially in the second part of my cycle - dizziness, blood sugar drops and spikes which are ALL symptoms of low/unbalanced progesterone. Dear reader, believe me when I tell you that all these symptoms disappeared almost IMMEDIATELY once I started taking these pills. My periods go by painlessly, something that I hadn't experienced in YEARS. My skin is the smoothest it has been since i was 11 years old. My eye lashes grew. I have SO MUCH energy.
