Multiple garden, greenhouse, and bush and tree uses
I have ordered 2 sets of these coco coir bricks for my seed starting and tree propagating adventures. These work great as a mulch around fruit trees as well. Great price point for this multi-use coco coir.

My go-to for gardening and substrate use
I am a mycologist and hobbyist gardener, I absolutely love using this coir as both potting soil for my plants and as a substrate medium for growing mushrooms. Stays moist for a very long time without becoming a hazard to living organisms, the consistency is nice and fluffy when hydrated, I have very good experiences with not getting any contamination when using for mushrooms, and most bugs and other pests seem to avoid messing with my plants when I use this as soil for them. The amount you get per brick is a LOT, more than you expect, always a welcome experience. All my plants and mushrooms grow big, healthy, and strong, I refuse to use any other coir as I don't have nearly as good results elsewhere.

Works well
I like this size brick. The coconut fiber is a good garden additive. I also like it in my hanging baskets

Fluffy, Rich Mix for My GreenStalk Garden
I’ve been using the Legigo Coco Coir Bricks to make my own organic potting mix, with great results. I mix 2 parts potting soil, 2 parts coco coir, and 1 part perlite, and it creates a light, fluffy, well-draining medium that’s perfect for container gardening. The bricks are easy to hydrate—just soak them in water, and they expand into a soft, workable coir. My only concern is that I have to pick out a few small pieces of plastic in the mix. I grow in a GreenStalk vertical garden, and this mix has been fantastic for healthy root growth and moisture retention without getting soggy. My plants look strong, and watering is much easier to manage. If you’re into DIY potting mixes and want a sustainable alternative to peat moss, I highly recommend these Coco Coir Bricks.

good coco coir
grabbed this on sale for less than $20 for the 8 bricks. individually wrapped and then also wrapped together after, very convenient. not too dusty. expands well, I always use warm water. very good amount for this deal too. even if a coco coir says it's triple milled, rinsed, and sifted I always rinse the hell outta it anyway. one time a long time ago I got some that had that claim but was salty as hell and full of bits of plastic, so I don't chance it.

Excellent organic moisture retainer. I've used for decades and would buy again from this source.

Love this stuff
It’s terrific. I bought seeds this year as I prefer organic, chemical-free food. I live it Utah, where most of the spring felt like the middle of summer. As I’m using seeds and don’t want to water three times a day, I use about 2” of coir per plant site, and all seeds germinated and began growing faster than expected. I water around 7pm, when it’s cooler, and my garden is in shade. I water twice so the earth beneath the coir will remain damp for more than 24 hours (went 2 days once), and my plants won’t fail due to excessive daytime heat and lack of moisture. Most of us face high temperatures nowadays, so why not save yourself from evaporation by putting an ample amount of coconut coir around your plants to protect and initially feed, but don’t forget an organic fertilizer for later. A 10-pack goes a long way as each brick makes around 2 gallons; I’m using a stock pot as it’s large enough for 2 bricks at a time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Coconut Coir Peat Bricks
I haven’t even used these yet due to the Coco Air being so fine . It will mix nice with peat just didn’t expect it to need amendments. They’re made well bricks themselves so come individually wrapped for convenience but are dusty when removed from plastic . I do intend on using them for loomy soil requirements so not all is lost .

Great Quality Coco Coir – Expands More Than Expected
Good quality coco coir that does exactly what you expect. The bricks expand a lot more than I anticipated once you add water, so definitely make sure you leave enough room when hydrating (learned that the hard way). There is some of the stringy fiber material that a few other reviewers mentioned, but it wasn’t excessive and didn’t cause any issues for me—I just mixed it in with the rest. Overall, no complaints. It seems clean, organic, and works well for potting mix or soil amendment. I’d buy it again.
