This may sound like a silly ?. But do u clean the bottles first and then put in sterilizer? Or direct to sterilizer?

I think that’s a great question because it’s misunderstood by a lot of people. The sterilizer is just done after cleaning. Mostly used by parents if their doctor recommendes it. I had a baby in the Nicu for a couple weeks because she was premature and we just used microwave steam bags which were given to us by the hospital for the breast pump parts and are cheap to buy. After she was discharged it wasn’t a big issue for sterilization because cleaning the bottles with hot water is sterile enough in my opinion and my daughter never got sick. Seems like an expensive gimmick to buy more unnecessary items.

wil it work on a 220-240V ?

This model is 110V. But I'm sure you can search for a 220v. So this definitely won't work on 220v

Do the Medela parts fit in this sterilizer?

Yes! I put all of the parts in it weekly - everything from the bottle to the shields. Just wash them first with soap and water and then pile them in! The bottles fit in the bottom section like a regular bottle.

Extremely messed up product clearly used product delivered. Was opened a few days later as it was a gift but should not have trusted the quality. Extremely disappointed do not buy from this seller. Will not be using this for sterilising baby things given disputable hygiene and terrible quality.
