Slim Fit Case for Samsung Galaxy S8, Thin Phone Cover with Shock-Absorption and Carbon Fiber Design (Black)

Fits perfectly, has a nice grip, yet slides into a pocket easily. I've not 'drop tested' it yet, but sure provides a lot of protection vs. no case. My wireless charger would rather I put the phone face down rather than back down when charging but another more expensive wireless charger works OK either way. The price was great. And finding a case for such an 'old' phone was nice.

Snug fit and well designed. Offers just the basic protection. Doesn't protect the phone in case of falls - there is no air gap between the case and the phone edge, as you will find in Spigen cases, to cushion the fall. This just has the plastic layer to absorb the impact. Raised edges on the top and bottom protect the screen when the phone is placed face down on a table. The left and right edges are tapered to conform to the curved edges of the display. Tactility of the power button is non-existent and in other buttons it is reduced - I attribute the plasticky (as opposed to rubbery) feel of the material to this. There are enough contours to the shape to offer some grip when holding, but the texture itself is pretty slippery. If you need some basic protection for your old phone (no more software updates for S8), you can't go wrong with this affordable case.

I like the slim fit of this case, it’s not slippery like some sleek cases. This was for my son’s phone and he picked this case. He like the way it feels and after a few drops we’ve realized it does its job at durability and protection. Definitely worth the value for money.

We wanted this to protect our old phone from our children dropping it, hitting it, and whatever else they do. This case has worked great so far and survived much abuse.

Outstanding design. My phone was separating due to prolonged heat exposure over the years. I placed my phone in this new case and the phone fits snugly and the case holds the phone together flawlessly. The slim case is made of a material that is easy to hold onto and the carbon fiber elements are subtle and beautiful. Highly recommend. I will be buying this brand of case for many years to come.

Fits exactly

To start off with, when I saw the interior honeycomb pattern, I thought it was actually molded on the inside for shock absorption. And with them highlighting the inside that you'll never see, I'm sure that was their intent. The pattern is just printed on the inside and serves no purpose. Just irks me that they did that. As far as the case though, it's decent for the price. My main issue is that the buttons and the back sides are fairly sharp and can dig into your hands and fingers. The case does look nice and the carbon fiber looking insert looks better than most fake carbon fiber patterns. Mine did come with a decent sized scratch on the back but I'm sure I just got unlucky as this doesn't seem like it's a second or b stock. As I was saying earlier though, spending the $10 for the spigen version of this is well worth it. It's called the Rugged Armor and it's just a better designed case with nice rounded corners and smooth edges and actual shock absorbing pockets on the inside. Also, the cutout in the back for the camera and fingerprint sensor is tapered to make it easier to fully access the fingerprint sensor. The JEtech one isn't and it's sometimes hard to get your fingertip on the sensor completely. The Spigen version is just a better case in all aspects and it's still a good deal at even at its current price of $10, especially when considering it's to protect something so expensive and fragile. I'm only comparing these cases as they seem to be direct competitors and my decision was between these two. I'm sure others will be choosing between them as well. Hopefully my review helps with your decision.

La funda es muy resistente, no tan delgada, es hule flexible y queda perfecto en el celular. Se me ha caído varias veces y ha protegido bien el celular. No es tan estética o de gran diseño, pero se ve bien en el teléfono y hace la función principal, proteger.
