Bought these for my 1 year old to transition him from comotomo bottles to sippy. He took to it immediately and looks forward to getting his milk in it. It will leak out some if he drops it but not consistently. Just a few drops and then it stops. It does come out fast, it took some learning and lots of coughing fits before he figured out how to properly drink from it. But he was a pro within a few days. Cleaning is ok. Not any worse than any other straw cup. I use the small blue brushes I got from another bottle company and it works fine.

These transition tops helped our toddler go from the bottle nipple to using the sippy cup at night. Pretty easy to clean except the straw part is the hardest recommend soaking and using something small to get in the holes to clean.

These are awesome attachments to transition from an infant to toddler cup however it does leak but not terrible however the attachments fit nicely

We tried straw cups, 360 cups, regular sippy cups...none of them worked for trying to transition our 1 year old off the bottle. We finally found these and he already had Comotomo bottles so we decided to try them. He loves them and I think they've also helped him learn how to drink out of a regular straw cup. Now he's drinks water out of one of these all day long. So glad we found these! Warning: they do hold liquid sometimes in the spout area which can leak out if it gets squeezed, so they are not leak proof.

These are so great! My 7 month old can easily grasp the bottle by the handle and drink it while leaning back. It helps with preventing chocking as well since it works like a straw and you have to suck to get the drink out.

Great product! That’s if it doesn’t get dropped and milk explodes everywhere!
