Good but a a bit large
Use it on my car seat It's a bit awkward to fit Also a bit large for a car seat so can feel uncomfortable at times especially if you are an average height person as it can come up to mid back....this it is not strictly a "lumbar " support Material is good and it's not too hard and not top soft

This is absolutely the best back support I’ve tried. I have degenerative disc disease in my neck and back, and good posture support is non-negotiable for me.
