Coming from QuadLock, PeakDesign offers are smaller/slimmer profile and nicer design (subjective).The hold on this thing is STRONG. You can probably lift the damn bike with your phone once it's mounted.I love that it takes me 4 seconds to take it from one of my bikes and mount it to the next one.My only issue is, if you don't really really strap it down, it can slide. Basically not an issue if your handlebar is even, but my mountain bike handlebar isn't. Not a fault of the product and thus it will keep the 5-star rating.

Everything Peak Design makes is top notch. I have these on my two road cycles, and on my wife's. This one is for a gift for our son-in-law who is also an avid cyclist and uses a Peak Design case for his iPhone.With this mount securely strapped to the handlebars, we can turn of the auto lock in the display settings so the display remains live, and use it to listen to music, podcasts, etc. on a long ride. Music with a strong, driving beat makes it easier to get up extended climbs.

Perfect system
Perfect PeakDesign system. This universal mount is useful when you want to attach it temporarily to a bike. It wobbles more than the fixed one but it works.
