How do you mount this on an articulating arm with a shock mount without covering the buttons?

I used a Sabra-Som SSM1 Universal Shockmount and the buttons are accessable.

Would this work well with 32 ohms impedance headphones?

They work fine with 32-ohm headphones. When you start getting up there to 300 ohms etc, however, it gets a bit quiet. It's still usable but won't drown out a room.
