My ferritin level went up after few months. That’s all that really counts for me. No change in energy, easy to swallow. No impact on iron absorption.

Bought this as an alternative to my previously preferred brand which shot up in price. The old brand lactoferrin managed to reverse my mum's anaemia fairly quickly, but these haven't been as great unfortunately. Resorted to switching to high dose gentle iron supplements instead.
